I love to be by the sea,
when I first visited this place and looked at the blue sea that stretched out before me so peacefully and majestically, i immediately heard one of my favorite duets for baritone and tenor. “Au fond du temple saint” the pearl fishers by Georges Bizet.
This duet is the best description of our beautiful place. I imagine the pearl fishermen diving into the clear turquoise waters looking for hidden treasures. Just like me when I discovered this gem of a place.
When I looked around i was surrounded by an enchanting nature whose colors express the feeling of summer and vacation. I saw the yellow gorse blooming in the tent gray mountains, the fresh green pine trees all leaning towards the crystal clear turquoise sea. And above all the soft, gentle blue sky. How wonderful.
Vacation, summer, nature and the sea. These colors are the basis for the color concept in all apartments. The walls and furniture are coordinated in these colors and have been painted with great attention to detail.
The furnishings are simple and modern. A lively summer breeze blows through the apartments and the whole house.

- During the conversion, care was taken to involve and support regional craftsmen. Short distances reduce environmental pollution and conserve resources.
- The rooms in our apartments were designed by Jeanet Hönig .

- Energetic equipment
- The building is equipped with the currently most modern and energy-optimizing air conditioning systems. For the sake of the environment, however, we kindly ask you to switch it on carefully. Because the shading from the outside through the shutters and the multiple glazing, which are not a matter of course in Croatia, ensure a pleasant climate inside.
- The walls were painted with high-quality building biology mineral chalk paint and are completely free of pollutants and solvents.
- Drinking water
- The water from the tap has a high drinking quality in this region.
