pets are allowed, but only on request. please let us know the type, species and size of the animal when you make your reservation. in this way we avoid unnecessary effort.
as usual, you can pay online via PayPal or credit card. typically 50% is due after your booking is confirmed and the other 50% is due seven days prior to your arrival. the invoice that will be issued to you will contain the bank details and the invoice number.
important note: via PayPal, you can also pay by credit card, even if you are not a PayPal customer.
that’s a shame, of course, but if you cancel, there are the following rules:
- If you cancel up to 30 days before the arrival date, you can cancel free of charge and you will receive a refund of all payments made so far.
- If you cancel up to 14 days before the arrival date, you will pay a total of 50% of the booking amount (less the advance payment you made). If you have already paid 100% of the booking amount, 50% will be refunded.
- Thereafter no refund will be made.
