that’s a shame, of course, but if you cancel, there are the following rules:

• If you cancel up to 30 days before the arrival date, you can cancel free of charge and you will receive a refund of all payments made so far.
• If you cancel up to 14 days before the arrival date, you will pay a total of 50% of the booking amount (less the advance payment you made). If you have already paid 100% of the booking amount, 50% will be refunded.
• Thereafter no refund will be made.
